Next Mission Group
Connecting Veterans to Careers
Our Story
The idea for Next Mission Group started in 2024, in conversations Donnie had with service members as they prepared to leave the Army. Time and again, the same problem surfaced: transitioning out of the military is one of the most disorienting moves a person will ever make, and there was limited resources for veterans to turn for honest, trusted guidance from people who'd actually been through it. Advice was scattered, generic, or came from people without the transition experience — and family members, who carry just as much of the transition as the service member does, were often left out of the conversation entirely. That gap became the mission.
In 2026, Next Mission Solutions launched to build what didn't exist: a veteran-only virtual community where transitioning service members and their families can connect directly with trusted advisors who've walked the same path. It's a space built on shared experience rather than credentials alone — where veterans can ask hard questions, get honest answers, and find support for whatever comes next, whether that's a new career, a business, education, or simply finding footing as a family. Next Mission Solutions exists so that no veteran has to navigate their next chapter alone.

Placements that last.
We don't just fill seats. We match veterans, retirees, and military spouses with careers that fit, so employers keep good people and veterans find their next mission.
The Team

Donnie Seidle
Founder & CEO
Donnie spent 20 years serving in the U.S. Army, retiring as a First Sergeant (1SG) — a career built on leading soldiers through some of the most demanding moments of their lives. While transitioning out of the Army, he stepped into a remote consulting role focused on placing PhDs into highly specialized positions, gaining firsthand insight into what it takes to match exceptional talent with the right opportunity. That experience, paired with his own transition out of uniform, revealed a problem he couldn't ignore: leaving military service is one of the most challenging and consequential moves a person will ever make, and it touches every rank and grade. Donnie founded Next Mission Solutions to close that gap — helping veterans move into their next chapter with the same sense of duty, pride, and purpose that defined their service.
Jake Miller
COO & Co-Founder
Jake spent more than 20 years serving in the U.S. Army as a Military Police officer, retiring as a First Sergeant (1SG), a career built on developing soldiers and holding them to the highest standard. Named the Army's Drill Sergeant of the Year, he served as a national-level training advisor, shaping policies that affected thousands of future soldiers. Along the way, he led teams of up to 110 soldiers, built programs for more than 8,000 personnel, and advised senior commanders on talent management and culture. That work taught him what it takes to see potential in people and put them in a position to succeed. Now, through his own transition out of uniform, he knows how hard it is to translate that kind of experience into a civilian career. Jake joined Next Mission Solutions to help veterans and their families make that move with the same discipline, pride, and purpose that defined their service.

Allison Londeree
Chief Technical Officer
Allison is a data scientist and quantitative researcher with a PhD in Social Psychology and more than 10 years of experience turning complex data into clear decisions. She has led research across healthcare and technology, including analyses that improved outcomes for more than 6 million users. Her connection to military service is personal: her grandfather is a retired veteran who served in the Vietnam War, and she grew up understanding the weight of what service members carry home. Allison joined Next Mission Solutions to help build the company's website and quickly became the engine behind its technology. As Chief Technology Officer, she built the Next Mission Extension, a tool that makes job applications fast and simple and automatically logs each one to the veteran's profile. That frees our staff to focus on what matters most: the veterans and families we serve.
